Aeromatic-Fielder's Fluid Bed Dryers
In this operation, wet solid material is fluidised by warm air - the intensive contact
of the warm air with the particles gives a very gentle but also very effective way of drying.
Main features
Total separation of production and technical area due to
through-the-wall design
Excellent fluidisation achieved because of the Niro ' Non-
sifting gill plate ' in combination with tangential air inlet
Machines can be equipped with full CIP
10 bar pressure shock resistance
Can be integrated with up- and downstream equipment
- using in-house technology or with customers existing plant
Can be upgraded to perform other operations (granulation,
coating, pelletising) due to the Building-block design
Applications
Drying of powders, granules, cores, pellets,
seeds...containing water or organic solvents
Capacity: From 20 grams up to several tons per batch
