Autoprod's FP CIP/SIP Filling and Closing System

The FP line of fillers accommodates output ranges from 60 cups per minute to 960 cups per minute. They are capable of filling containers from 15ml to 5 litres.

  • Denesting - Screw type or custom-
         engineered method. Optional automatic
         loaders for cups, lid, and over caps. No-cup
         and double-cup sensors
  • Filling - Advanced CIP/SIP systems. Multiple
         or layered fills and side-by-side filling of two
         different products. Optional microprocessor-
         controlled fillers as well as third party fillers.
  • Controls - Touch-screen controls with easy-
         to-read menus. Controls everything from
         operation to CIP/SIP maintenance and
         diagnostics.
  • Lidding and sealing - Pre-cut, roll stock or daisy-chain lidding systems. Heat seal stations are
         adjustable for time, temperature and pressure.
  • Over capping - Pick-and-place or McKenna over capping technologies.
  • Outfeed - Wide variety of outfeed options to suit your needs. Easy integration with end packaging
         equipment.
