PamPac's Blister Packing Machine BP-100(E) and BP-102

Functional Description :

The blister packer BP-100(E) and BP-102 have been specially developed to maximise your return on investment in the machines and change parts. The BP-102 can be equipped with interchangeable forming and sealing drums for single and double track production.

Forming :
The plastic film is formed in the lower section of the central drum by vacuum. The central drum is cooled by a thermostatically controlled water chiller.

Filling :
Universal or dedicated feeding systems are available to handle all shapes and sizes of tablets and capsules including soft gelatine capsules. Manual feeding is available as an option.

Sealing :
Sealing and forming are performed on the same drum. The coated aluminium foil is sealed onto the plastic film by a heated sealing roller against the drum.

Edge-to-Edge Punching :
The blisters are cut edge-to-edge, eliminating waste between the packs and there by saving up to 8% expensive packaging material.
